We collect personal details from members only so we can email their newsletters and other walks information, post their badges, and contact them quickly if needed. We take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of this data. We do not store the credit or debit card details of our members. When a member’s information is no longer needed, we destroy it.
